In addition to being Bay Colony's "resident" musical director he is also the company's artistic director and cofounder. He holds a bachelor of music degree in bass performance and music education from the Berklee College of Music. As an educator he has taught and directed at Emerson, Dean and Bridgewater State Colleges, as well as in the Randolph Public School Music Program since 1991. He has received several awards for music direction and has served as a clinician for the New England Theater Conference. Recently, Rob arranged the music for "The Staples Singers" which was a part of Staples Office Stores holiday ad-campaign and composed original music for the play "Educated Women." For the past three summers, Rob has been a master vocal teacher and accompanist at the Britney Spears Camp of the Performing Arts. Rob lives in Norfolk with his real-life "leading lady," Caitlin.
