Yes, it all began with one Kiss. The Kiss of the Kindred. And it was everything she'd imagined it would be and so much more. She's never seen that particular vampire since then, though she watches for him. The first few weeks were, well, consuding. She'd frequent such placeas as Club Fetish where is seems she had no problem at all finding a hungry set of fangs or two. Oh, she was most creaful then too. She'd read "enough" to know that she did NOT want to become another undead, or even one of those horrible ghoul things, and she was adament with each vampire she visited... "Please, don't...?" and was ever so lucky to manage on this simple pleading for a while.
It was at this point where she began a relationship with an exciting and ellusive Toreador that is still going on to this day. He entranced her deeply - a bond that will likely last for a full five years. When he beckons now, it doesn't seem to matter where she is or what she's doing, she finds a way to get to him. He is mysterious and cunning, and avoids detection by even the keenest of eyes. |

Around this time she also met a rather agressive Ventrue. He seemed to see a great deal of potential in her as a person, and after putting her into a quick blood bond, he convinced her to move into his mansion and begin training as manager for his thriving restaurant/bar. Unfortunately part of the deal meant that she would have to endure his "womanizing", as Kindred tend to do, even to the point of waiting on the women as he doted on them, leaving her in the shadows until he was bored or hungry. This was both fortuitous and devastating to her. The bond succeeded in making her very jealous, to the point that she could stand by no longer and with a great deal of effort - and the fact that he was so adequately entertained elsewhere - she managed to leave the estate.
And the next stage of her life as a Blood Doll began. |

It was almost as if the Kindred had posted something .. or maybe it was just her potent blood that drew them, but suddenly she was rather popular among the late night set. Even while she worked the late shift at Denny's, they would come for her... and lure her away. Eventually, she ran across one Edward Switz, a malk who she'd met once before in Cheers where she'd worked briefly. He got his first taste of Nell, and she got a sampling of his unique brand of Kiss, while sitting in a little coffee shop on the boardwalk, beginning yet another long and very interesting relationship.
Other Kindred she had a chance to experience included Bryan Armstrong, Marcus DelRio, Marcus D'Angelus, Nathaniel, Lucas Stanley and even a Giovanni... and several others who mysteriously disappeared.
Nell met some other folks as well, she didn't hang JUST with vampires after all. One who has made the biggest impact, and has been a great deal of emotional support to her is Kojin. They joined into a rather unusual partnership of sorts that usual results in him saving her ass more often than not. She still enjoys the peace of the Temple Gardens where she goes to read and hope to meet up with him often. |
