�PUBLIC RELATIONS�

   The manager of public relations is a new profession, demand for which has quickly increased on the native market of labour lately.
    The fundamental matter of the public relation specialist�s activity is the business benevolent attitudes forming between the organization, that he represents and surrounding world, also in his own organization.
    The specialist on public relations directs the secretariat or press-center, works with personnel, cooperates with mass media, organizes official meetings and publicity campaigns, and conducts investigations on the study of social opinion. The commercial institutions, banks, structures of State and municipal government political parties and social movements need the services of public relations manager.
    In the program of tuition are fundamental humane education including the basic humane disciplines, theory and practice of public relations, theory and practice of mass media, the cycle of economic disciplines (in this number the world economy), the cycle of sociologic subjects (in this number the organization and conducting of sociological researches), besides that stylistic, modern journalism, logic and theory of argumentation, contemporary international relations, business and social relations, publicity science, social anthropology, political technologies, intrafirm public relations, computer training, the intensified study of information technologies, practical training on the typewriting, official etiquette and so on.
    The known practical professionals in the public relations are invited for the special disciplines lecturing.
    This speciality underwent an examination in Moscow State Institute of International Relations.
    There are fulltime, having a special purpose, commercial forms of education and possibility of the second higher graduation receiving by the hastened form on the present speciality.
