These are the four primary sweep techniques, and won't really come much tougher.
To accomplish the exact sweep stroke, in consistent timing, you MUST start from scratch.
Play slowly initially, then over time, you can build up the desired speed to execute a good sweep.
Just ask Yngwie Malmsteen, you aren't born with the ability to pull off a perfect sweep first time.
I should know, because I still suck badly at them.
