Who Promotes
Wing Commanders have the authority to Promote from 2nd Lieutenant up to and including the rank of Major.

All positions above that are promoted by the generals and only after the given authority of the Commander in Chief.


How we Promote
1) From 2nd Lieutenant to 1st Lieutenant - the promotion is based on loyalty (at least attended 2 training sessions) and some flying skills.

2) From 1st Lieutenant to Captain - the promotion is based fully on flying skills.

3) From Captain to Major - ability to help others and work done for squad (training, press, visuals, etc.)

4) From Major to Lieutenant Colonel - anticipated work load based for promotion - i.e.. is now a Wing Commander and must be seen as having a lot of work ahead of him/her.

5) From Lieutenant Colonel to Colonel - fully qualified wing commander - able to work, help others, and to uphold the Aces High directives.

6) From Colonel to General - that's a decision based on the needs of the squad at the time.
