Aces High Code of Conduct
Aces High is an organized group of Combat Flight Simulator pilots that flies with "Honor and Dignity". How each individual member conducts himself while flying on the zone reflects upon every other member of the
Aces High Squadron.

This Code of Conduct is not intended to be all inclusive. It is merely a guide to the expected behavior while participating as an Aces High Member in a game we have all shown so much interest in. If everyone remembers that AH is about Honor, and conducts himself/herself accordingly, then we will continue to have a Squadron that is respected throughout the Combat Flight Simulator Community.

While flying with the AH_Tag, you are considered to be "in uniform," and will conduct yourself accordingly. You will demonstrate the proper respect to "all" on the Game Zone.

While flying "in uniform" (with the AH_Tag), you will not openly accuse anyone of cheating or unfair play. If you should believe someone is not playing fairly, then talk to him one on one in private or leave the room. Nothing is settled by a childish display of temper and it just leads to bad feelings for everyone present. If you are accused of cheating, a simple response (i.e. "No one in this Squadron Cheats sir, we don't have to" ) and a dignified exit does much more to prove him wrong than arguing the point.

No AH member will take an unfair advantage by flying a modified plane in a room that is designated or assumed to be a "no mod room". Cheating in any form will not be tolerated. If you choose to fly mods, do not do so while in uniform and you will not associate yourself with the Aces High Squadron in any way, shape or form, while doing so.

AH members, when in the same room, will try to fly together to promote teamwork and cohesion. In a free for all room, secretly teaming up, however, is considered to be taking an unfair advantage if done without the host's and other players' knowledge. If, you should find yourself in this situation, try to have the host change to a team game or leave the room and start your own team game.

Proper courtesy and respect will be shown towards those of higher rank and other Aces High members at all times. Any grievances, difficulties, or problems relating to Aces High Squadron should be taken up with those in authority over you and not discussed with those outside the squadron.

Language considered to be inappropriate will not be tolerated and is not limited to what is normally considered "bad" language. Language that is intended to be demeaning because of race, age, gender, sexual preferences, socio-economic status, nationality, or beliefs will not be tolerated.

A final reminder: This is not just a game, the game came on the CD. This is a group of organized individuals who like the game and have a like minded interest in playing the role of a World War II Squadron. We are all here to have fun and we shouldn't take it so seriously that it detracts from that fun.
