| Hi, my name is Sandi and I have been a member about 4 years. When I joined, I had not sewn for 15 years or more and had to purchase a new machine. I have never made a quilt before and had no idea of what the tools were or even how to use them. I met Lynn through the college where she invited me to come to join the group. With the kind and friendly help of all the ladies, I have completed one project, the Christmas in July quilt, and I am now working on a Sampler Quilt. I am progressing slowly at my own pace without any pressures. I enjoy the friendship, comradery, and learning to quilt. I want to complete a quilt and present it to a family member as a gift of "love." |
