| Hi, My name is Donna and I live in Winchester, VA. I have been quilting since 1988. My first class was at Ben Franklin in Sterling, VA which was a hand quilted wall hanging project. I learned quilting by taking many classes, studing books and watching videos. I, then joined hearing quilter guilds for many years. I heard about this Deaf Quilter Guild from Christine. I am currently a member of two other " hearing" guilds in addition to this guild. I just can't seem to get enough of my quilting. I really enjoyed the fellowship of these deaf ladies each month and look forward to many more learning experiences with them. |
