| www.deadsledwrenchers.com The Dead Sled Wrenchers Club GUIDELINES |
| These guidelines have been put in place to help the club grow and strengthen. We feel that these are fair, but in the event that you do not agree to the list, don't hesitate to email headquarters. [email protected] We will try to resolve any issue quickly. 1. HAVE FUN! The club was started to help fellow wrenchers find other wrenchers and riders. To help with problems, pass along information, and to make the who vintage hobby more enjoyable. If at any time the club feels like "work", you may be in it for the wrong reasons. 2. Read #1 3. The coordinators of each chapter is the person in charge. They were the first to step forward for the responabilites of running the chapter website and email. Each coordinator can delegate responsabilities, when they find it neccesary. If you have a problem in your chapter, contact them. If your problem is still not resolved, contact headquarters. 4. The club, chapter websites, and chapter emails, are all done using a free web server system. We are not into this to make any money. No dues will ever be expected. The only thing asked of members is that from time to time, they send photos, specs., and information on sleds, shows, trail rides, etc.... To help make their chapter's pages bigger and better. The more info., we can swap the more it helps all the members. 5. Monthly meetings. Due to the broad reach of the club, monthly meetings would be unrealistic. Not to kill this idea, we've put a twist to the monthly meeting idea. Once a time and date is agreed upon, the coordinators will email their chapter members, and the meeting will be held on a live chat server. This will allow a "virtual" meeting, where we can discuss sleds, projects, the club, and anything else. 6. When visiting a show or ride, we ask that members help support the club, either by word-of-mouth, flyers, or sign-up sheets. We also ask that you conduct yourself with good ethics, to show that the club is a good group, and not to put down any other vintage snowmobile club out there. 7. There will not be any specific club sleds. Since the club, is non-profit, we can't buy sleds for the club. Each snowmobile is owned by that member. You can add anything to your sled, with-in reason regarding the Dead Sled Wrenchers. If more than a decal on your windshield, hood, tunnel, etc., we ask that you email us with the idea first. 8. HAVE FUN! ENJOY THIS GREAT HOBBY!!!!!!! |
