TORT
Tort law is different than criminal law which deals with crimes against public, state or country.
Torts are civil wrongs against individuals, businesses, a individual business, or property.
They focus on compensation to the injured party which are called Damages.
A tort is a Civil wrong other than breach of contract, for which the court will provide a remedying the form of an action for damages.
Included under the rubric of torts is a group of civil wrongs that range from simple direct interference with the person (assault, battery, or false imprisonment) to interference with property rights (trespass or conversion), to various forms of negligence and disturbance of intangible interest (good reputation, commercial, or social advantage).
There are 2 types of torts Intentional torts,and Unintentional torts.
