| 1-19-07 1st OFFICIAL PRESS RELEASE DEAD LOC'T is official starting the recording process of their debut album TODAY! The band will be in the studio for the next month or two laying down their finest tracks. After the recording process is done, Loc't will be sending the masters to their California producer to mix them... Dead Loc't has promised the album this year on their website (www.deadloct.co.nr). The band will be recording 14 tracks, 11 of which will make the albums final cut. (The other 3 tracks will be used as b-sides on singles). The first single is confirmed to be "Consider Yourself Warned," which will hit radio outlets in late May. The album has a working title of "Night of My Life." Roman, Kyle, Todd, and Brandon have been working hard the last couple of months, writing, rehearsing, and recording demos, all planning for this album. This album will show each member of the bands finest playing... the band has worked hard for this and it it is time... All of you will experience the night of your lives after this album is released. Dead Loc't now has ALL songs done for their debut album, and are ready to record. The band has been writing and jamming on all of their new songs for the last couple of months, preparing to record. The band has said that there will probably be 10-11 tracks on the album, which has a working title of "Night of My Lilfe." Not officially confirmed, but "Consider Yourself Warned" is rumoured to be the first single, estimated for a release in early summer. After the release of their album, Dead Loc't plans on touring the whole summer to promote the release. The band will be playing a couple of 'warm-up' shows in the Black Hills in the next couple of months... Official dates will be announced ONLY here soon! Todd is not available for a couple of weeks for personal reasons and we haven't jammed at all... altho this time has given me a chance to really sit down and write some fresh shit! i've got 1 complete new song, and structures of two others.. they sound like nothing i've writting before... me and brandon and roman are gonna jam on some stuff in a couple of days to try out the new tracks and work on them.. we have a buddy who plays bass so we'll have him come jam with us until todd is back. also... we will start recording drum tracks (official tracks) for our album in 2 weeks.. once we get our shit togetger.. and we'll definetly be playing shows this summer...
