Internet Dating
So you found the man/woman of your dreams, have you really? What attracts you to them? The way smell, the look in their eyes when they look at you, the way they move? Umm, I think not, if your an 'internet couple'. Why am I such a nonbeliver in internet dating? Cuz the internet is not, and I repeat NOT reality. Sure, sure you guys like the same books, movies, and ice cream. But wait,do they really? He's so perfect, he's so cute, oh is he now? Too bad the pic he sent you is of his uncle, who lives in spain. People you meet on the internet are not real. Strong statement I know. Okay so you maybe saying,"but you are real,right?" Yeah, but see here kiddies, I only let you see what I want you to see, no more. Granted there are the 'real' ones. People who open themselves to others. Who are who they say. And I hate to say it but if you are one of these people...you will get hurt. There are people who feed off people like you. The innocent, the trusting, umm, you get the picture. People are mean. They may have good intentions, or no intentions with you. I call these people "pretenders". They put up these lies and wait for a victim {the seekers}. It's their excape. And when they find someone to buy into it, it helps them to believe. You become the proof that they are cool, pretty, or wantted. All thanks to you. Their little prize. You've become a seeker. You may not know it at the time but that's what your doing, seeking something or someone. You are the one who makes their little game of make believe somewhat of a reality. Sure, they know in the back of their heads its not true. But they keep that pushed so far back, that in the time they are talking to you it seems so real.....it has to be real. You know what's real? Your feelings you give up. The stuff that you say. Your friends, the shit that's going on in your life. What they make you feel. That is real. That is all. Okay, don't belive me? Of course not, Im not real to you. What would make me real? If I talked to you on my little IM'er? If I showed you pic's of my dog? If I shared thing's with you that I never told anyone? If I told you I missed you when we haven't talked? If I told you I never felt this way before? Would that satisfy you? Would you start to miss me too? Would you fall in love with me?? Could I give you the purpose you seek? Do you get it now? Im putting this up so you can keep yourself for you. Don't waste your feelings on anyone. THE END
