It was December 13, the night before the Slims' show, and the band was in their garage getting ready for the next day's events. They were making patches, packing their equipment, making sure they didn't forget anything, the usual. Sean happened to have a fully loaded camera, which he intended to use the next day at Slims to catch some band photos to put on the website. As they worked in the garage to make their patches, which would be sold with their CDs and pins the next day, someone had some pot, which was smoked. meanwhile, sean decided to waste some shots on the band. |

After marijuana was introduced to the situation, things got interesting. Everyone was quite blasted. The camera was pointed at Danny Dee, who was seated next to Zackery Lovechild on the couch. Sean thought this would not make a very interesting photo, so Dee was told to put the pool triangle over his head. When he refused, Lovechild tried to force it on his head, and a struggle ensued. |
