You tell Samuel that you are going to get off the train in Ravenscar. He mentions that there isn't anything much to do in Ravenscar but you are not that bothered. Your train ambles along through the dark countryside, stopping at Scalby and Cloughton, ignoring Hayburn Wyke and Staintondale. Eventually the train arrives at your stop and you step down onto the wooden platform. You wave goodbye to Samuel but he doesn't notice, he has become engrossed in a book. You look around the station for a minute but it is uninteresting so you walk off to look at the village. Samuel was right. There is absolutely nothing to do in Ravenscar. It is incredibly windy and a blizzard blows up from out of nowhere. There don't seem to be many places to shelter. |
