This theory is about Darcy and Bingley from Pride and Prejudice. I think that they are gay. Their marriages are shams- they only marry so that they can hide their love from society. This is the true point that Jane Austen is trying to make! Except of course, if she does it openly then society will reject her. But to me, it is plainly obvious. Observe the irony, people! Like when Darcy stops Bingley from marrying Jane- this is clearly 'cos he wants Bingley's hot piece of ass all to himself! Then he realises that if their love is discovered, they will be shunned, so he conceives this brilliant plan- marry women and meet in secret! Brilliant! Of course, this is never said openly. Very clever, Jane Austen. But ya can't fool me.

Another point for the whole Darcy/Bingley thing... Bingley, at the end,
buys an estate in a neighbouring county to Darcy so that Elizabeth and Jane can
be close by... whatever. This could just be for their convenience! BWAHAHA!
