For the fifth time, Callie removed James's hand from between her legs.
"James... I... I think I should go home now," she said unsteadily.
   James didn't listen to her. He pushed her back down onto the ground, and began to kiss her again, roughly. Callie tried to push him off, with little success. "James... James... stop it, stop it!" She started to scream; whereupon he pushed his tongue into her mouth as she frantically tried to escape.

   Suddenly Callie heard a rustling in the surrounding bushes, and she managed to disengage herself from James for long enough to scream, "Help!".
   Benji walked into the little clearing. For a second his soulful eyes just registered confusion- then suddenly they blazed with a fire and passion that Callie had never seen before.
   "Fuck off," he snarled at James, with a vehemence that would have scared the Italian mafia. James did not need telling twice. He got to his feet and ran, with Benji screaming after him, "And if you so much as breathe near Callie again, I will personally cut you into a thousand and one pieces!"

   Benji sat down by Callie's side. Now that James had gone, there was a certain electric sizzle in the air. For a long time, Benji and Callie simply stared at one another.

   Benji moved first. He stroked Callie's cheek with infinite tenderness. "Are you alright, baby?" he asked softly.
   "Yeah," replied Callie. "Uh, thank you..."
   "Sssh..." responded Benji, gently caressing her hair. Lovingly, he began to kiss her; and she let him, enjoying it.
   Callie was no longer confused; all she knew was that she really did love Benji with all her heart. Suddenly everything in her life made sense, suddenly everything was all right again as Benji whispered into her ear:
"I love you Callie; I'll never leave you...", and she replied, "I love you too..."
