Chapter 9: The good, the evil, and the Dragon...
Hurokol, Renovin, and Boldan led the charge against Oreck and the Scorpian hordes. Renovin was leading the Valtz, his elite horse mounted elves.
With out Scorponis, the Scorpian knights had no reason to continue fighting. They dropped their weapons and fled, while being slain by the forces of Shardon keep. Oreck slipped away calling his horde to also retreat. They no longer had any chance of victory. Shardon keep was destroyed but, the soldiers among it were still strong.

After the battle had ended, Graynar came to see his friends alive and in considerable condition.
"Well done Graynar. We hear you stopped Cronos and Azaron by your self." said a happy Hurokol, patting Graynar on the shoulder.
"Cronos I stopped, but Azaron defeated himself when he picked up the Dragon's skull. I wonder if that dragon still lives?" said Graynar.
"In the books of Lecastal, they say Cronos can regrow his head. But because the Ormantez Mage was destroyed, he can never come back." said Boldan.
"Boldan my friend, I am glad to see you alive and kicking. I hear it was you who defeated Scorponis." said Graynar, grinning.
"Well I helped. But most of the credit goes to the scorpian that stung him."
The three friends laughed loudly. It was time for things to return to normal.
"But things can not return to normal." said Renovin, "There are no kings left in Sikaron. King Jorron perished when Cronos destroyed Shardon."
"And king Terran was murdered by Azaron." said Hurokol.
"Who will be the new king of Sikaron then?" siad Boldan.
"Neither Jorron or Terran had any children. There is no one in line to the throne!" said Graynar worriedly.

"I think it's time I visited an old friend." said Hurokol.
