Chapter 23: Vazanay in danger...
Wolfy knew what he had to do. Sooner or later, the knights of Sikaron would come looking for his captives. Wolfy's messenger eagle returned to him, baring a note, that told him all about his master's death. Wolfy howled loudly. "Master, Radak has left me!"
Quickly the half-breed creature went to work. Wolfy bounded towards his cave. Concealed and bound inside, were two smelly humans. Wolfy had been tempted to devour them many times, but the human part of him took over told him not to. One of the humans, didn't seem at all like a human, he had pointy ears, and was calmer and less temper mental  than the other gut bag. Wolfy had names for them; he called the smelly mudman, Furry hat, and the pointing eared creature, Sunny, because of his blonde hair.
"Do not move." growled Wolfy to Furry hat, who was trying to escape the ropes that bound him. Wolfy knew that his captives liked him, but the humans did not want to stay with the big black wolf.
Wolf picked his captives up, and placed them on his furry shoulders.
"Hold on to Wolfy." said Wolfy, crouching and preparing to jump.
In seconds the powerful half wolf had put a hundred feet between him and his cave. Wolfy leaped and dashed through the forest around him. Darting from tree to tree, unaware of his captives motion sickness. Several of Wolfy's wolf companions joined him as he ran through the forest.
As Wolfy progressed towards his required destination, he was struck by an arrow in his shoulder.
"Uh-oh." growled the confused half wolf.
As Wolfy sped into a clearing, strange green humans jumped out from thier hiding places. Each man, was armed with a long bow, a quiver, and an arrow locked on target.
Wolfy knew who the target was, and he dropped his two captives and kicked into a roll. The unfriendly humans released thier shafts into Wolfy, but the half wolf, kept rolling until he had vanished out of sight.
Once Wolfy had been declared missing, the green men stepped out to delcare the condition of the captives and untie them. A man approached the two unbound captives, and placed and hand on one of the captive's shoulder.
"My name is prince Slaywood Vlax. Pleased to meet you my good friends." said the man. He had a kind face, with blonde hair, and eyes that gave off the feeling that he was strong.
"Tell me good sirs, how have you come to know, Theodor?" Slaywood asked.
The man who's Slaywood's hand was upon, replied; "We didn't meet him because we wanted too. He's held us in some rotten cave for the last week. This wolf you call Theodor wasn't unkind to us. He brought us food, and kept us warm. But you see, I am from Kencee of Sikaron. I was captured by Scorpian knights, under the command of some joker called Radak. But now I am free, thanks to you and your men. My nickname is Wolf, by the way, and my elf friend here is Renvale. Who is the son of Renovin, the king of the sky elves of Tridale. Mr.Renvale was also captured, or so he tells me."

"Well," said Slaywood. "I see that eliminates the need for introductions. We will return to Vazanay castle at once."

With those final words, Slaywood led his army, and their new friends back to the keep of Vazanay, also known as Hartayon keep.
Meanwhile, hidden in some bushes, several beings converse.
"They're leaving." said an orc.
"Yes, the moment we have been waiting for us is upon us. We must act soon. Wait--look! Fargo's sent us another messenger pidgen." said a human wearing a black mask, while catching the bird in his hand.
"What does our master say this time." said the orc.
The masked man, pulled out the small parchment out of the pidgen's case, and unravelled it;
"It says; The time is upon us my loyal servants. We must act now. My sources tell me that, knights of Sikaron are heading towards Vazanay. They will be going to Hartayon keep. If you can kill them here in Vazanay, we will not have to worry about these famous knights when we attack Sikaron. Plus, with Hartayon out of the way, Vazanay will fall with ease. Now then, captain Marcus Drone, and orc captain Craznog, I want you to destroy Hartayon and those foolish Sikaron knights. If you complete this mission I will award you with seats of power in my new world order. Now go, I must regroup the remaining Scorpian hordes, for my next plan. Do not fail me."

Marcus crushed the note with a rock and stood up.
"Craznog, you heard our master. We must make haste, ready your men. We have a castle to smash."
A third war has begun, and this time, Sikaron will be in more danger than ever before. With Sikaron crippled from the previous war, and Vazanay under attack. Fargo, and Delvano, prepare for total victory, and even with great villains already dead, there is little to no hope that this war will turn out well for the forces of good. Why, you might ask. Let's just say, an uprising of evil is coming!
