But still, a noble heart somehow grew out of the savargry he experienced and he grew enraged at the cruelty of the Orcs towards other races. Scavenging what he could from the dead warriors, he set towards the south to find his destiny. His hidious appearance makes him an outcast among those he would fight to defend and wears a large, closed-faced helmet to hide his face. | An orphan who grew up on the streets of the city of Kalstrand in Ahlissa. After struggling to survive on the streets and fighting with the youth gangs for years, Tierris was taken in by Varius, an aging cleric of St. Cuthbert. Varius trained Tierris in the ways of the priesthood and groomed him to be his successor. Tierris and the other pupils of Varius brought law and order to the streets where he had once fought for life. One night, Tierris returned to the shrine to find Varius murdered. Learning a fellow pupil of Varius had betrayed and murdered his mentor, Tierris tracked the killer down and dueled with him on a cliffside.
