Iran and the world

I must first qualify my statement by stating that I am an American and that I live in America.  I respect America for its true values and what it offers those that want to struggle for a better life.  That said I am also an admirer of the current Iranian President.  It takes more that guts to stand up in the face of tyranny no matter who is projecting it.  The U.S under the current administration has become an international bullying force with Britain in-tow.  Tony Blair is a rubber stamp for George Bush seeking the crumbs of U.S pillaging despite the opposition of the British people. The Iranian President has his country and his people to consider when making his decision to defy the U.S regarding its nuclear ambitions.   As a leader of an autonomous country he has the right to pursue any technology he desires to progress the state of his country. No matter what your stance on the ambitions of the Iranian government one has to agree that it is autonomous.  How do you demand that an autonomous and sovereign nation kowtow to demands of another?  It would be similar to your neighbor telling you to not improve your home with additions with threats.  You would no more acquiesce to their demands nor give them an audience.  Why do we as Americans justify the same situation on a grand scale when it pertains to sovereign nations?  As an ethnic minority that has been stereotyped, profiled, discriminated, systematically routed socially, I understand having others making decisions against your desired aspirations and rights as a human being.  Before we judge the Iranian president we have to revisit our own so-called Leader. Has he led?  Has he lied?  Is he qualified to make more decisions that will possibly call an end to the U.S as we know it?  As I mentioned previously The U.S has a puppet ally in Great Britain but it has no other allies which it can rely. This being said, Iran has done its homework by aligning itself with China, Russia, Germany, Pakistan, India, and other Arab countries.  With this analysis and the fact that an attack on Iran would disrupt the supply of oil in the world even further what do you think the purposed outcome would be for the U.S?  Iraq wanted to switch to the Euro prior to the invasion by the U.S.  Iran is reported to have the same aspiration.  This would make it more difficult for the U.S which is struggling to maintain the value of the dollar to negotiate with oil rich nations.  We believed that invading Iraq would lead to an oil resource to boost the value of our currency by controlling and having influence in the region.  This plan backfired because it was engineered by incompetent cowboys that only saw the end result and did not plan properly.  What else would you expect from individuals that shirked their military duties but present themselves as military friendly? It is true that if Iran obtains a weapon it would threaten Israel and the U.S but the world is not concerned with Israel nor does the world care if Israel has issue with Iran.  If there was a concern, Russia would not supply Iran with missiles and other weapons.  If the world was threatened by Iran it wouldnt have agreements worth billions of dollars.  The fact that Iran has oil influences its alliances and I am quite sure its President is very much aware of his fragile attraction by these fair-weather allies.  He will and has used it to his advantage to taunt the U.S and its lone ally. I do not fault Iran for his ambitions because I believe that the U.S opened the door to make it possible.  The lies propagated by the U.S in its rush to steal Iraqi oil siphoned away troops to fight against real threats. Now we are fighting a losing campaign in a country that doesnt want us and views us as occupiers at war with their beliefs.  I only hope that we survive George Bush and his grave incompetence while the world slowly turns against us.
