| Thank you so much, D. The words you had to say about my brother [Buzz Upshaw] are very much appreciated. I too agree that there is a lot of talented musicians out there who have not gotten the recognition that they deserve. I will print out the article you wrote and send copy to my parents. [In response to my question as to whether he plays or not...Gregg replied as follows.] Yes, I am a musician. A guitar player as well. My father plays guitar and my mother plays piano. We are a musical family. Some day I would like to learn the Saxophone. It is such a cool instrument. We used to have large gatherings at Christmas, Easter and Thanksgiving. We would all have a jam session afterwards - Buzz, my cousin Gord on piano, his father Gord Sr. on bass and my dad on guitar. We would all play some tunes and it was great fun. Over the years people have died and that music thing does not happen anymore. No more large gatherings either. It is sad, but unfortunately a reality for us.....
