| Based in the Niagara Region, Ontario, Canada, The Midnight Shift brings together experienced professional recording artists who have been performing in clubs and at major events in Western New York, Ontario and across Canada for many years. The Midnight Shift features Jerry Salfi, known throughout the rhythm and blues community of Ontario as bassist, recording artist and vocal stylist. He shares front-man duties with award winning recording artist, Gil Hicks (guitar, vocals) along with Juno nominated and long-time Toronto studio drummer Kirk Devereux. Added to the mix is Glen Hicks on saxophone and vocal harmony, with the occasional addition of keyboard player Randy Scott. Each member of the band has decades of experience in the music business, performing everywhere from cocktail parties to cruise ships with the knowledge of what to bring to a performance to make the show or event a success. Seasoned professionals, the members of The Midnight Shift know how to put together a show and present it with flair and excitement, or with smooth laid-back precision from small club settings to large stages, as well as, corporate and community events. Variety is a key component in the band�s performances with songs ranging from jazz standards, to Motown classics, Latin rhythms, classic rock and pop tunes and even big band swing.
