LOOKING FOR A RESOLUTION REVOLUTION - BY CYNDI INGLE (cont'd)
Do The Right Thing:

Dont let sexist, racist, classist and homophobic people get away with their words of hatred.  All too often we dont stand up for our beliefs and we let the louder voices prevail, because it seems the easiest thing to do. We dont want to make a scene, or upset our racist grandmother, sexist boss or homophobic friend. If you want your little part of the world to be a better place, you have to stand up for what you believe in.

Now Is All We Got, Baby:

Try not to dwell on the mistakes of the past or what you perceive to be the shiny salvation of the future. The present moment is all we have, and all we ever will have. Make the most of it, help others around you, enjoy nature, whatever makes you smile. This doesnt mean that you cant plan for the future, but realize that this moment in time is real and the past and future are constructs of the mind. Sounds deep, but it really isnt.

See More Live Bands:

This one should be the easiest and most fun to accomplish, especially in Hamilton. There are great venues for live music in Hamilton, packed with hard working girls and guys who are following their dreams. Get out there and spend some of that juicy Christmas gift money by supporting our local musicians. And while youre at it, check out art galleries for exhibits by local artists.

These are a few of my ideas. Im going to see how many of them I can accomplish in the next little while, and I hope that you do the same.
