CD REVIEWS
(This review was also published at www.701.com)
This Life is a self-contained jukebox of 12 diversely original compositions that expertly capture the innocent idealism of 60s and 70s popular soft rock, soul, r&b, a little bit of funk and even a touch of country blues (with Spanish guitar flavouring).  If it just didnt sound so damn good, in this godforsaken world of terrorism and amorality, I might say it was out of time.  As it stands, its an entertaining musical dose of optimistic sincerity in the midst of all the negativity so prevalent today.

While the CD is a high-quality recording in itself, this extraordinary group of musicians is best experienced live.  Thats where youll catch the interactive skills to the maximum.

Without mentioning any names of the nine (and sometimes more) stellar players/ vocalists/songwriters cooperatively blending their own unique talents to the mix, take my word - its enough to make you believe in magic again!

Men may be from Mars and women from Venus, but these cats and dogs add truthfulness to the French adage, Vive La Diffrence.
