You choose a song, choose the speed, and then start playing. And while in gameplay, you see arrows going up (or in some other versions you see them going down), and when they reach to the main line of arrows (that's where four arrows are aligned in a dark color), you have to step on them in the pad (every arcade game needs to have a pad, or else, you wont be able to play. Now, for Play Station, you can either use the pad or the control, but pad's better).
In this game, you can take more challenges than ever. You can freestyle, you can be challenged in a perfect attack (where the one with the most perfect arrows wins) and more.
