The following is a story about my dealings with Pat Mosbey, building inspector for all of Moffat county, colorado. We talk for about a half hour, and at least three more times, Pat Mosbey recommends, suggests, and mentions I need to sell the property, that two in the hand is worth one in the bush : "I have a buyer and need to sell" Whatever...

I am also troubled as I hear Pat Mosbey say If I don't sell the property some additional fees will show up against my property on Thompson hill in Craig, Colorado. I also heard Pat Mosbey mention the word "eminent domain". Wikipedia.org defines EMINENT DOMAIN as: in common law legal systems is the inherent power of the state to seize a citizen's private property, expropriate property, or rights in property, without the owner's consent. Considering this, I say Colorado's property rights laws suck! yes, they are rated among the worst, thank you very much.
