I started on the models last night. The 0.4.6 version will include some new models. If there is a release before then, it may not include models. That has yet to be determined. I just want everyone to know that you will have to be patient about this.

NOTICE: If anyone downloaded the mod before 10:00 pm, on the 10th, they got a screwed up version of 0.3.4. Please redownload it and more fixes and updates were made and the ion cannons work.

My next release, version 0.3.4 has just been released and can be downloaded from the downloads page or the library at Galciv2.com. I fixed a bunch of bugs and added a whole bunch of new things. As usual, please email me with any bug reports or suggestions.

The basic plot for the mod is kind of like world war II with a spin. It's basically the Americans and the Allies vs. The Fifth Reich and the Communists. The campaign, if i ever finish it will be about saving the galaxy from the Fifth Reich and the Communists.

The first beta release, version 0.2.1 has just been released and can be downloaded from the downloads page.

Work is coming along smoothly on "The Bringers of Light" mod for DA. The first beta release, version 0.2.1 should be ready within the next week or so. There may be some minor delays due to studying for finals.
As of now the mod includes:
New Planetary Improvements, trade goods etc.
New Technologies
New Invasion Tactics
Enabled Planetary Improvements (one's that were disabled but still in the planetimprovements.xml)
New Starbase Modules
New Races
New Political Parties
FUTURE RELEASES MAY INCLUDE:
a new campaign, new weapons and new hulls.
THERE MAY BE BUGS! I DON'T HAVE THE TIME FOR CONSTANTLY TESTING THE MOD!!
