Many believe that Moonpies originated on the planet Earth, but there are some who believe that Moonpies came from...... well..... the planet Moonporia..... in a distant galaxy....far far away....and.....oh, nevermind.

Legend has it that a great catastrophe befell Moonporia.  Others believe that the planet Moonporia was destroyed by the ravenous Munchies from the planet Munchem;  sort of a killing the goose that laid the golden....ummm.....moonpie.  The debate as to what happened to Moonporia rages on even today.

Before the fabled end, there came from the planet Moonporia a series of Moonpie Prophecies, including:

"Homing Moonpies in the sky,  always look left,  always look right.
For Moonporia shall rise again someday in all it's creamy delight."

No one really knows what all of the Prophecies mean.  Some have tried to figure them out.      And then there are the disappearances....

So some continue to search for the fabled planet Moonporia and the answers to the Moonpie Prophecies.
