When Queen Ethne enters her patented Padded Cell to meditate on her plans for world conquest and domination of the galaxy, she leaves her female lieutenants GalenMage, Quicksilver and Blacknebula in charge.  GalenMage has been known to drop unsuspecting visitors into the gutter, Quicksilver is a silvery figure known to cause chaos and Blacknebula basically does whatever she wants, except when the Queen is around of course.  At times the sound of laughter can be heard reverberating from the Queen's Padded Cell.
