1) Ask JadeSpear about the stars.
2) Bring a white amber to the spot in the center of Mythic Nexus and drop it there.
3) To begin your star quest, ask your guildmaster in Kugnae about the stars. 

Rogue's Star
Class: Rogue
Level: 66
Prerequisite: Blessed by the Stars
Location: Maro Sanctum (Kugnae rogue's guild)
Items in inventory: None
Sacrifices: Karma, experience, 1 grace, 2 Whisper bracelets, Steelthorn (1 or 2?)
Rewards: Star waistcoat, legend mark, ability to do Rogue's Moon

1) Go to the Kugnae rogue's guild and talk to the guildmaster about the stars.
2) Slay two Slime ogres and two Muck ogres.  Do not get distracted along the way.
3) Return and say star again.  Allow him to take the two whisper bracelets.
4) Say star again if necessary.  Then allow him to take the steelthorn(s), and your karma.
4) He will reward you with a Star waistcoat.

Prerequisite: Blessed by the Stars
Location: Either mage guild
Needed: Rabbit karma
Sacrifice: Two holy rings, One star-staff, karma
Rewards: Star garb, legend mark, ability to do Mage's Moon

1) Go to either mage guild with rabbit karma and say "Star".
2) Listen to the guildmaster talk, then go and kill the Skeleton Mage and Skeleton Warrior in the Koguryo haunted house.
3) Return to the guildmaster and say "Star" again.  He will ask for two holy rings.  Give them to him.  You will NOT get them back.
4) Say "Star" again.  He will ask for a star-staff.  Give him just that.
5) Wear your star garb happily.

2) Slay 18 of the fastest monkeys(Agile monkey)
3) Sacrafice the items listed above
