Nobody can be trusted. Everyone you meet, everyone you know, they could all betray you as easily as you betray them. All that you can put your faith in is the cold companion of payment which you will befriend once the job is done, the information gathered. And so, sharp senses and quiet steps will lead you to silent glory. And in that glory will come wealth and prosperity.

By common sense a spy won't reveal any obvious discontent with another subpath. And of course will not purposely create enemies, because you never know when one extra ally will provide that vital piece of information.
