1) Go to Buya.  West of North Gate (and above the wall) there is a tree.  Walk around there.
2) Eventually you'll get a dialog box saying you see a rabbit.  If it says it smiles at you, you've been blessed.  Joy to the world.

Sacrifice: Mythic Favor (Rat's, Dragon's, Rabbit's, Dog's, Snake's, Tiger's, Rooster's, Pig's, Sheep's, Horse's, Ox's, or Monkey's), 10 Splendid Tiger Pelt, 1 billion experience
Rewards: New spells, legend mark, karma
1) Go to the Baek shop and say "Chung Ryong", "Ju Jak", "Baekho", or "Hyun moo".  If you have been blessed, you will be given Tasks.  They all must be completed simultaneously.
2a) Collect one Mythic Favor.
2b) Collect ten Splendid Tiger Pelts from the Tiger Cave.
2c) Collect one billion experience.
3) Bring them all to him and become the NPC subpath.
