Guide to Hunting.

Hunting is something it would take many pages to talk about.  I will eventually put up an entire list of caves, monsters, bosses, etc.  In the meantime hunting:

When you are still a peasant, there isn't much in the way of choice, you kill rabbits, then later squirrels, then work your way up until you can actually start killing monsters.  By this point you will have chosen your path and at that  point  everything changes.  If you chose mage, you can hunt alone, very carefully.  If you chose fighter or rogue, you need a mage or poet to heal you.  If you chose poet, you have no choice.  You will hunt with others for a long time.  Since hunting is a requirement if you plan to ever be more than a lowly peasant, you have to develop a style that lets you hunt with others, without getting you killed so often that you never actually get anywhere.  I actually had to earn over 8 billion experience to get to level 99 which only takes 2.8 billion to attain as a mage, due to constant deaths.

Each class hunts differently, mages and poets find a place out of harms way to either blast or heal, rogues and fighters charge right up and start hacking on things, which usually tend to hack back, thus the need for the poet or mage.  Often, these head on assult types just can't understand why the mage or  poet is running instead of healing them, trying to find a place out of danger to heal from, because they get so much more vita than poets or mages that they can stand there and take what kills a mage/poet in one hit.  On the other hand, the poet or mage is telling the fighter/rogue to run, when they are actually in little danger, because the poet/mage would have died already.  The secret to hunting then is: learn enough about the classes you are hunting with, strengths, weaknesses, etc.. that you react appropriately to the hunting style of the class you are hunting with.  This keeps the entire party safe.
