My beautiful wife, Diana, and I have been married for four years and  we have two equally beautiful children.  Our daughter is almost two and a half and our son is 10 months old.  We are usually in a state of delirium and can only function with the help of gallons of coffee.
In between naps I play music with friends. My friend Kevin and I have an acoustic duo that plays out in clubs in the morris county area a few times a month. I sing and play acoustic guitar and bass. Occassionally we get together with a drummer and really make some noise.
I teach 4th gradein Livingston, NJ where we departmentalize for science, social studies, and math. I teach science to all fourth graders and Language Arts to my homeroom. This is my 10th year teaching.  I guess I'm what's considered a veteran teacher now.  Wow, that is scary.
It took me a little while to decide on what program to focus on for my masters. I'd taken a few courses here and there in other programs, but nothing seemed to grab me until I started taking the Ed. Tech courses at NJCU. I've truly enjoyed them.  They have been challenging and have helped me grow as a teacher. This is last course in the program.   Before this program I didn't have much experience with incorporating technology into my classroom practices. Now it is a tool that I cannot imagine doing without.  It is exciting to be a part of a movement that offers so many possibilities to ourselves and to our students.
