| Biography: David Knight came into this world on the sultry August morning of Thursday the 13th, 1981. His childhood was hectic, moving around with his single mother until, at the age of 5, they settled in the sleepy Eastern Melbourne suburb of Blackburn. His writing ambitions, soon to be the focal point of his life, were still in their infancy. It was at the age of 11, during his panicked discovery that his favourite television show Quantum Leap had been cancelled, that he happened to channel-surf in fury. Was it fate that steered him toward a late-night episode of Star Trek: The Next Generation? If so, then fate tested him...because it was a bad one: Aquiel. But David held on to this show. He grew and nurtured the obssession that would eventually take over his life and finances and turn him into a raving lunatic with delusions of grandeur... actually i made that last part up...sort of. Ill stop now if you like.
