The Chieftain Strength (Hard-Core Training) Club is a
motivational device to help encourage and recognize individuals who are
committed to becoming the strongest lifter that they can be. Lifters
who meet the lifting standards below in all three core lifts can earn membership
into the “Hard-Core Training Club” (names will be posted on the weight
room wall) and receive a T-shirt for each level of membership achieved.
Lighter athletes may also use the % of body weight option to qualify in
lifts. All “Maxes” must be witnessed by Mr. Higgs. Max lifts
may be performed as single or rep maxes (not to exceed 6 reps), unassisted
with correct form.
