Goal Setting Grading Rubric

(Describe here the task or performance that this rubric is designed to evaluate.)
To receive full credit (and full benefit) from this assignment, you must turn in a finished copy of the Goal Setting form to me one week from today.  You also must confer with your accountability partner prior to turning this assignment in.  The assignment must be neat, easy to read and complete.  Goal Sheet assignments that are grossly unrealistic, illegal, unchallenging, incomplete or in any other way unacceptable will receive a "zero" and be returned to you for revision.  The following grading rubric will be used to evaluate your assignment.
