| St. Petersburg! At the Museum of Natural History sits this 45000 year-old mammoth, pulled out of the Siberian ice just after the turn of the 20th century. He is mounted in the same position in which he was found, having fallen to his death in a deep crevice so long ago. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
