The Temples of Angkor
Part 1
The fabled Angkor wat from afar.  Imagine being a french explorer, clearing away jungle to reveal something like this.  You'e got to get a little closer before you really start to appreciate it though.
Carved out of the walls around the base of Angkor Wat are some great works of art.  Each bas relief tells a story.  Some are of historical events, such as wars of the past, and some are mythical.   
Apsaras (heavenly dancers) and Divas are prominent in the mythical legends.
