Welcome to another issue of DCS 4 D folks. We hope you all are doing well and settling back in University. One feels lazy after a hard earned vacation. The first month of the semester involves students gradually settling in and the seniors shuffling optional courses (we will be doing this right before till the submission fees :P).

A couple of noteworthy events took place this month. Pakistan tragically made an early exit from the Asia cup losing the title, which they have proudly defended. Ahh! well, better luck next time guys. We hope to see you guys playing soon.

One issue where the Karachiites suffer more then anyone is the weather. We have all been patiently awaiting rain this month with humidity increasing rapidly. We pray to the God to show mercy and kindly grant us rain. Okay, even a shower would do!! We desperately need to see the roads of Karachi flooded with rainwater and people enjoying (ok maybe not) themselves on the streets.

Last but not the least of course, reminding you people of Independence Day approaching soon. Lets acknowledge this day with respect and remind ourselves that there is nothing better then the voice of freedom.
