With a former occupation in modelling, Meredith Monroe stars in the series, Dawson's Creek, as Andie McPhee, brother to Jack McPhee, played by fellow actor Kerr Smith. Born on the 30th of December in Houston, Texas, Monroe attended Hinsdale Central High School and after graduating she relocated to New York City to study acting. She then found herself as a regular on the television series, "Dangerous Minds", which then introduced her to Los Angeles, where she permanently moved to in August 1997. After being a guest star on many different shows, Meredith finally landed the role of crazy, cheerful and kind-loving, Andie, on the teen series, "Dawson's Creek".
