What took you so long?! BIG HIT MAGAZINE (Australia) February 1999 Issue #4

The wait is finally over for the hottest TV show in years.

Yep, after what seems like an eternity, Dawson's Creek finally hits our screens this month - and about time, too! Although big hit is lucky enough to have already seen a bunch of episodes, soon everyone in Australia will get a piece of the action.
   So, what's all the fuss about? Apart from a cool cast and great music, Dawson's Creek is the brainchild of Kevin Williamson, the writer of Scream and I Know What You Did Last Summer, so you just know it's going to be awesome. The show stars James Van Der Beek as Dawson Leery, a 15-year-old Steven Spielberg wannabe whose lifelong friendship with Joey (The Ice Storm's Katie Holmes) gets complicated when he develops a crush on the new girl in town, Jen (played by Halloween: H20's Michelle Williams). Dawson isn't alone in his problems. Things get real sticky for his best mate Pacey (The Mighty Ducks star Joshua Jackson) when he gets romantically involved with one of his teachers. 

Sound like a cool show? Duh. It's the must-see TV show of the year!
