| Monthly Competition Rules |

| Only a paid member may enter the competion |
| Each member present at that monthly meeting may enter |
| A picture can only be entered in the monthly competitions only once |
| All prints must be mounted or matted or both (Frame optional) |
| The picture entered in the monthly competition must meet the following requirements |
| 4" X 6" or 5" X 7" print , color or black & white |
 |
| Only members may vote for the top 3 pictures |
| Points are awarded at each monthly competition as follows 1) 1 POINT for entering the monthly competition 2) 2 POINTS for placing as one of the top 3 Photographs |

| Points awarded each monthly theme competition for Photographer of the Year |
| 1 POINT for entering a picture in the monthly competition |
|
| 2 points for being one of the top 3 Photographs |

| Photographer of the Year |
 |
| The Club member with the highest cumulative total points (March - Febuary) will be presented the "Photographer of the Year Award" at the March business meeting |

| All competitions are to be considered a learning tool for all members |

| Theme competitions judges by the members will be held monthly |
