I, Mrs M.M. Blackmon, of said state and county being of sound and disposing mind and memory do make this my last Will and Testament, hereby revoking and anulling all others by me made.
I give and bequeath to my son and daughter Dewey Blackmon, my son and Mary Blackmon, my daughter my two mules and lots of land lying and being in the 20th Dist. and 3rd Section of Haralson Co., GA known as numbers of east half of 1139 and lot 1081 containing more than 60 acres more or less.
Signed, sealed and declared and published by us as her last will and testament in the presence of us, the undersigned, who subscribe our names hereto in the presence of said testator and at her special instance and request and in the presence of each other. This 7th day of April 1916.
