Each week we'll post a new sentence that begins our short story of the week. Your job is to write the next line, and the next, and the next - one line at a time.
You can either add a sentence to what's already there, or add a line to one of the other stories in progress. But please add only one line; give someone else a shot at stardom and fame.
At the end of the week, you can access an archive of all the stories that have been written by our contributors. And we'll start again with a new first sentence.
What's the point of all this? Fame, money, glory, sex? Sure - all of that and more. But we'll start with the creation of some hopefully cool, funny, bizarre, interesting stories.
