Convention attendees will be responsible for making their own hotel reservations. The district board will not be making them this time. Clubs may arrange rooming assignments to their liking. To make reservations, please call 334-741-9292. Ask for the Circle K block.
Cost:
The guaranteed rate for our convention is $24.48 per person per night for quad occupancy. For a room with three people, the rate is $32.64 per person per night. In order to receive this rate, you need to make your reservations by January 26. After that, the rate is not guaranteed and could go as high as $129 a night! Even if clubs do not know exactly who is going, they would be better off making reservations for the number they think will be attending in order to receive the lower rate.
