Powers: Pyro Blast, Pyro Tornado.
Victor can summon a small fire ball in his hand and shoot it at the enemy. When he is in ranger form, he can torch himself on fire and spin himself, creating a fire tornado at the enemy.
Weapons: Twin Sabers
Victor uses two sabers (swords) to battle his foe.
Postition on the Team: No real postion on the team, occasinally he will lead the team when Conner is absent.

Weakness: He is easily provoked and doesn't get along with everyone. His overconfeidence is going to get the best of him.
Victor Hazen is a 19 year old punk of 3010. Born in an averge family, with a Mother, Father and two brothers (One adopted), he spent half of his life living in the City of BrockFord. As Victor grew up, he fell in many wrong crowds, always getting in trouble and sometimes nearly getting himself killed. At age 15, he was given a custom lighter from his grandfather, which he keeps to this day. His knoweldge as a Pyro Technician is both valuable and dangerous to society. Victor was kicked out of school for blowing up the boys bathroom. He and his family were forced to move away. They chose the lively city of Reefside as there new home. There, Victor was given a second chance at a new college. In his college years, he once dated Naomi Veznella and became Donnie Darko's arch rival and enemy. The day the city was attack, Victor had skipped his class to relax in the fields just outside of his school. He had witnessed the bombing of his college and city before he high tailed iit into the woods. There he remained hiding. After the attack on the city stopped, Victor returned to his destroyed home to find his Mother and Father and one of his brothers killed. His other brother, Romone was missing. After a few hours of searching, he ran into Kira and Conner Mcknight who asked for him to join. He turned them down and told him that everyone is better of on their own.
