Kevin is one of the brighest student that attends Reefside University. He manage to pay his way in on a full scholar ship program. One of his greatest friends that he hangs out with is Marcus Stevenson. Though lately, his studies and projects have been keeping himself away from society. When Reefside was bombareded by the machines, Kevin quickly fled underground. After a few long days of hiding, Kevin ran into Marcus and his friends. At first, he was kept on the outside of the knoweldge that his friend was a power ranger, but soon discovered when he caught Victor Hazen morphing. Kevin insisted he wanted to help, and Conner agreed to let him. Kevin teamed up with Marcus to help build the zords to fight the new evil. He stays on the ship most of the time, and make sure the zords are well maintain.
