Ethan James had been doing pretty good with his life. Once known as the Blue Dino Thunder Ranger, he had retired right after he defeated Mesosgog and saved his home city Reefside. He stuck around the city and began to vastly improve his skills with the computer. Begnining to drift away from a gamers life, he had focused more on creating softwares and programs. On the side, he had been getting into buidling inventions that would one day improve and make life easier. He had attended Kira's and Conner's wedding, giving Kira a little gift he made. It was a specialy design communicater for in case she needed anything. After the wedding, Ethan moved on and away from Reefside to start his own buisness. Kira and Conner kept in contact with him at the begining, but soon started to lose touch. One day, Ethan's laptop began to act strangly. He rembered he hooked the communcater to the Laptop. Somehow, when Conner and Kira were thrown into the future, communication was established and was able to be used through time. After learning what has happened to his old friends, he decided to help the best he could. Helping to design zords and inventions that would get them back to his back to his old time.
