Donnie Darko is a 20 year old thriller of 3010. He had a mother and a father, and had spent majority of his life growing up on the edge of life. Orignally born in the city of East Angel Grove, Donnie Darko learned how to Sky Dive from his father. Ever since then, Donnie loved diving through the air, and pulling off insane stunts. He also took Judo class, where he learned self defense and earned himself a black belt. When his father died when he was 17, from an unknown disease, He and his mother decided to move to Reefside where Donnie finished his remaining High School years.There, he made sure he was well known. He pulled off insane stunts, like jumping cars with his bike or back flipping off the high school roof, giving him the nick name, Lucky Striker, or Mr. Insanity. At 19, Donnie befriended a new kid name Marcus Stevenson, and they sooned became best friends. His greatest rival and enemy, is Van Hazen who he despise. Van always seamed to be on Donnie's back on something or putting him down. He is now currently trying to find a college outside of the city to attend too.The day the city was attack, Donnie had just taken off on a plane for a sky diving session. When the bombs began to fall, the plane started to shake and Donnie looked out the window to see the bombarment of his current home. The wing of the plane was damaged and the pilot was knocked out. He quickly did all he could to control the plane as it nose dived towards the fields, just outside of the city. The plane crashed into the fields, knocking Donnie out for a while. When he awoke, he witness what was left of the city. He searched for his mother only to find she was no where to be found. Donnie came across Kira and Conner who asked him to join them in helping to defend the city. He joined when he heard his best friend Marcus was going to help.
